When I arrived receiption inform that no reservation from 訂房網站 and hotel fully book ask Trip to refund money. Trip will not return money finally hotel give so call " the best family room" when entrying the room the toilet sink got lizerd ****, white towel (actually not white) has brown color stained. The worth was at around 0.00-02.00 they do maintenence on the ceiling, I first I thought a rat running but I could here people walk and drag some wiring and part of steel sound on the ceiling the sound is so loud that we could record the sound. In the morning asking the receiption she said we do maintenance at night how would you do such a thing when people are sleeping. ReceiptionThis is bad I will never come back and would not recommend anyone to stay here.
